Commitment To Your Care: Ours and Yours

As a patient of Wellness Within Chiropractic, your treatment plan will be designed to correct and stabilize your subluxations as quickly as possible. You may have periods with painless subluxations. The goal is to reprogram your neuromuscular patters, thereby providing a longer holding correction of your subluxations. It is critical that you keep the number of appointments prescribed each week if you want to get healthy and stabilize your spine. Appointments consist of the adjustment of your vertebral subluxations, specific soft tissue work, instructions on biomechanics/exercise/stretching instructions and nutritional recommendations as needed.

In the unfortunate event that you are injured in a motor vehicle accident or at work, please call to alert us before your next scheduled appointment. Injuries sustained in these cases require us to evaluate you as a "new patient" and any treatment for the injury must be scheduled for the following day, due to insurance or legal requirements. If you are injured (not motor vehicle or work related) or experience accute symptoms between scheduled visits, please call to let us know. This will allow us to set aside additional time to treat your new problem.
Office Policy Regarding Appointments (as of 6/26/07)
Missed Appointments: A charge will be made for missed appointments unless 24 hours notice is given. This replaces our previous “three strikes” policy. Notification may be made by calling the office, 527-2529. This will greatly help us to accommodate patients who need an emergency visit or who are on our waiting list.

Late Appointments: Please arrive a few minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. This allows us to remain on time and eliminate any extended waiting prior to your treatment. If you are running late, please call to let us know.

Follow up appointments: It is recommended that you book at least two appointments ahead in order to secure your preferred time, especially if you prefer an evening appointment, which is a very popular time. Please bring your date book (PDA) with you in order to facilitate scheduling.
