Ingredients:
1 pound dry yellow split peas
2 celery stalks; chopped fine
1 large carrot; chopped fine
1 medium onion; minced
2 tablespoons sweet butter
1 tablespoon curry powder
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 Bay Leaf
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 chicken bouillon cubes
1 quart water

Preparation:
Place all the ingredients in crockpot, stir, cover, cook on low for 7-9 hours. Garnish with chopped green pepper.
