1 tsp. pickling seasoning (can get at Williamsburg or Huntington General Stores)
Few sprigs of fresh dill with both stems and flowers
5 cloves of garlic
Optional if spicier is desired: add some habenaro or jalepeno pepper
Put into quart jars
Shake to mix spices and set onto counter overnight
Put covers on and put into refrigerator
Will be ready in 2 weeks
Will last in refrigerator for 3 months
