| At Wellness Within Chiropractic, quality health care is provided to both individuals and families. Payment options include: payment at the time of service by check, cash or credit card (VISA, MC). For our patient's convenience and savings, we offer individual as well as family plans. |
| If your insurance allows for chiropractic reimbursement, we are happy to provide you with an insurance claim form (Super Bill). You may download a form here. |
