Dr. Shelley's Famous Garlic Soup

| To Make: Start with 6-8 cups of water in a large soup pot. Throw in all the rest of the ingredients and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer for 15 - 20 minutes. Have 3 bowls of soup daily for 2-3 days depending on your symptoms. You may want to brush your teeth more often during this period!!! |

6 - 8 cups of water |
| 3 heaping teaspoons of fresh crushed garlic (crushed garlic in a jar, OK) |
| 3 boullion cubes |
| 1 bag frozen veggies of your choice |
| 1 teaspoon black pepper |
| hot sauce to your tolerance (the hotter the better for your cold/flu) |
| juce of one lime (fresh squeezed) |
