2 lbs trimmed green beans
1/2 cup salt
4 heads of dill
4 cloves of garlic
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
2-1/2 cups vinegar
2-1/2 cups of water
Method Yield 4 pints

Pack beans lengthwise into hot sterilized jars, leaving 1/2” inch head space.
To each pint, add 1/2 teaspoon cayenne red pepper, 1 clove of garlic and 1 head dill.
Combine remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Pour boiling hot over beans leaving 1/2” head space. Remove air bubbles and adjust caps, process of 10 minutes in boiling water bath.
